Welcome to Zyvo (“we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of zyvo.co.nz (the “Website”) and your purchase of products from the Website.

By placing an order with Zyvo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this Website.

1. Definitions

“Customer” means any person or entity that purchases products from this Website.

“Goods” refers to any products listed and sold on this Website, including new and refurbished items.

“Order” means a purchase request placed by the Customer through the Website.

2. Agreement to Sell and Purchase

These Terms and Conditions apply to every order for the supply of Goods by Zyvo to the Customer. A contract for purchase is formed when Zyvo accepts your order by confirmation email.

3. Prices

All prices are listed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to adjust pricing due to typographical errors or supplier price changes.

4. Payment

You agree to pay all amounts in full at the time of purchase.

We accept payment via:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard)

POLi

Buy Now Pay Later (if enabled)

Payment must be authorised and cleared before dispatch of Goods.

5. Delivery & Shipping

All Goods are dispatched from our Christchurch, New Zealand warehouse.

We offer NZ-wide delivery:

Overnight delivery available to most urban areas

Standard delivery to rural and remote locations

Delivery estimates are provided at checkout; actual delivery may vary due to courier delays or public holidays.
Tracking will be sent once the order is dispatched.

We are not an overseas seller — all orders are dispatched within NZ.

6. Ownership & Risk

Legal ownership of the Goods transfers to you when payment has been received in full.

Risk in the Goods passes to you once the Goods are delivered to the address you specified.

7. Refurbished & Graded Goods

Refurbished items are professionally tested, graded, and described on the Website.
They may have surface blemishes but are fully functional. Each refurbished item includes the warranty period shown on the product page.

8. Warranty & Consumer Guarantees

All eligible Goods include a New Zealand warranty, valid from the date of purchase. Warranty coverage and duration are specified on the product page and/or invoice.

You also have rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (CGA). Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the CGA where it applies.

Faulty Goods must be reported within 7 days of delivery and returned with proof of purchase.

9. Returns & Refunds

If Goods are faulty, you may return them for a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with NZ law.

For change of mind Returns (New goods only):

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery

Goods must be unused and in original packaging

A restocking fee may apply (optional — define percentage if you choose)

Return shipping costs are generally the Customer’s responsibility unless the Goods are faulty.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Zyvo’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the Goods concerned.

Zyvo is not liable for:

Indirect losses

Loss of profit, revenue or data

Consequential damages

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
Changes take effect when posted on this Website.

You are responsible for reviewing this page periodically.

12. Privacy & Security

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected via the Website is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

All transactions occur over secure, encrypted connections (SSL) to protect your data.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
