All orders are dispatched from our Christchurch, New Zealand warehouse.

We do not ship from overseas β your order is handled locally from our NZ warehouse for faster and more reliable delivery.

Note: Courier drivers provide delivery only services. They will not unpack, install, or dispose of packaging unless specifically arranged under a returns/repair process.

Nationwide Delivery β New Zealand Only
We deliver to all standard residential and business addresses across New Zealand.
If your address is in a rural or remote area, delivery may take a little longer and may cost more than standard delivery. These costs will be shown at checkout.

We aim to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible:
Orders received before 12:00 PM NZST on business days are usually dispatched same day.
Orders placed after midday, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times:
- North Island: 1β3 business days
- South Island: 2β5 business days
- Rural or remote locations: allow up to 2 extra days
