Faulty Products (CGA Protected)
If a product is faulty, damaged, or not as described:
- You are covered by the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993
- Remedies include repair, replacement, or refund depending on the issue.
Please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos/videos where possible.
Change of Mind – New Products Only
We accept change-of-mind returns for new products if:
- Requested within 7 days of delivery
- Item is unused and in original packaging
- All accessories are included
⚠️ Refurbished products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened hygiene products
- Clearance items
- Products marked “Final Sale”
- Items damaged by misuse
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
